Receiving an error when attempting to make changes to an employees Employment Record by changing the Position.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into the application > Navigation to Manage Employment
2. Click Update. Make a Change. Click Review.
3. Click Submit.

Due to this issue, users cannot make changes to an employees Employment Record by changing the Position.
