Reassigning a Task within the Same Process (Doc ID 2108500.1)

Goal

To reassign a previously completed task to a user or new hire.

Example of a possible scenario:

  1. Task is assigned to new hire, and is completed.
  2. It is then routed to a user for review.
  3. The user has option to reject or approve.
  4. If rejected, the task is reassigned to the new hire.

    Expectation: The same task would be reassigned for completion.
    Actual behavior: The system creates a new task exactly as the original.
