STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Log in to the application
2) Open an Account
3) Add a team member to the resources tab of the Account page
4) Receive email undeliverable notification

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot send notifications and the recipients are not receiving the intended communication for them.
