Goal

On : 11.1.10.0.0 version, Technology Management - Application Customization

"Contracts" not visible in Contract Management

"Contracts" are not visible under "Contract Management" in Navigation Menu (only "Terms Library" link is available). This is happening for both Setup user and Sales Admin users.
How to navigate to Contracts ?
