Symptoms
I need to integrate a third party system with Oracle Sales Cloud through a webservice.
I am using a web service which uses HTTP protocol with basic authentication. However it has not been possible to call the third party services. I will explain you thoroughly what I did.
I created a new Web Service into OSC, however after loading it into the system an error message is displayed: "Currently the following schemes are not supported: oracle/wsaddr_policy", as you can see on printscreen1.png.
Despite this error message I can select the Security Scheme “Invoke with basic authentication”, which I did. Then I added a Credential Key with the given credentials. After that I created a simple groovy script, associated with an Action, where a request (or function) from the web service is invoked. When I call that action on the Account page a pop up error message appears, as you can see on printscreen2.png. It seems to be an authentication problem.
I’ve also noticed that, though I introduced the Credential Key, username and password correctly, the values changed and if I try to correct them back again I get the error message "A CSF key name has to be specified for the chosen Authentication Scheme" shown on printscreen3.png
