Unifier Admins Cannot Unlock User Accounts Using OIM

Information in this document applies to any platform.
When an end user locks their account by entering incorrect passwords when logging into Unifier, Unifier Administrators are unable to unlock the user accounts via OIM.
When attempting to unlock the accounts, the following error is thrown:
Error - IAM-3050203 : You do not have permission to unlock the user(s) with Id(s) ] as the user(s) is locked by Administrator.
