Not Able To See The Transactions Related To The Customer Relationship

On Oracle Fusion, 184.108.40.206.0 version, On receipts, Reviewing opening transactions, not able to see the transactions related to the customer relationship
Customer A has a relationship with Customer B
As the relationship was defined between customer A and customer B, expecting to be able to query open transactions for customers
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Define a relationship between Customer A and Customer B (reciprocally)
2. Go to Receivables Balances
3. Go to Create Receipt
4. Enter the customer A
5. Go to View > Add open Receivables
If "allow payments for unrelated transactions" is set to yes, and search for Receipt Reference Number = 1%, it pulls back ALL invoices for ALL customers
If "allow payments for unrelated transactions" is set to No, and search for Receipt Reference Number = 1%, it pulls back ALL invoices for customer A
If customer number or customer account, that will pull all the invoices for customer B but not for customer A
