Symptoms

On : Oracle Fusion Performance Management Cloud Service, 11.1.10.0.0 version, Performance Management

Unable to create performance document due to adf faces error

As a Talent Administrator trying to create the performance document for an employee who is eligible in the current performance cycle and unable to create the document from yesterday. There is no changes in security access and all administrator get the same error.

ADF_Faces-60096: Server Exception error

System should let user to create performance document

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Sign in Fusion Performance Management
2. Navigate to Create Performance Document
3. Notice system doesn't let user to create performance document and gives above mentioned error
