Newly created lead fields not appearing in Custom DCL (Dynamic Choice List) Data Filter

User created a custom field named 'Dealer' which is fixed choice list under Sales Lead and.
Then, user created a custom DCL of Sales Lead under Opportunity and when trying to access the field ''Dealer" in the data filter section of the DCL ,the field is not visible.

They able to see custom fields created earlier in the list.

User created FCL (Fixed Choice List) Field in Sales Lead, which should be available in Data Filter of Opportunity > Field > Create > DCL

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

Application Composer > Application : Sales > Standard Objects > Sales Lead > Field > Custom
> Action : Create Field > Dealer (FCL)

Application Composer > Application : Sales > Opportunity > Field > Custom
> Action : Create > Field (DCL)
> Related Object : Sales Lead
> List Selection Display Value : Name

> Data Filter : Add Search Field > 'Dealer' is NOT found.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users not able to implement the business requirement.



Sales Lead > Field :  Dealer (FCL)
is in mainline

Out of Sandbox > Customization : Application Composer > Application : Sales > import/export generation > Generate

done successfully
