On : NA version, Leads, Sales Campaigns

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When creating Lead from navigating to Contact> Leads> Create Lead, the related Contact is not linked to the lead, as we can see in the Lead Creation page.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
When creating Lead from navigating to Contact> Leads> Create Lead, the related Contact is linked to the lead, in the Lead Creation page.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Edit Contact
2.Go to Leads subtab of the contact
3. Click on Create Lead. Notice Contact field is empty.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot create Lead with default Contact.
