Symptoms

 When attempting to add a saved filter to an existing analysis, the Catalog Pane is not displayed in the bottom left corner on the Criteria tab in order to be able to navigate to the saved filter.

This issue is specific to:

When the analysis is initially created, the Catalog Pane is visible. Only once the analysis is saved and re-accessed to perform additional edits does the Catalog Pane no longer display.
