Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------

The customer is attempting to setup Dynamic Link Tracking with Eloqua as the 3rd party system. They have an Eloqua account setup but Eloqua is not showing as an option when selecting a tracking template for the 3rd party system on the Publish > Admin > Tracking tab.

The Tracking Tab is where one sets up Dynamic Link Tracking, which allows one to easily create URLs within posts that 3rd party analytics systems can use to track the effectiveness of the marketing campaign. EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The Eloqua option should be appearing on the drop down menu for choosing the 3rd party system under Publish > Admin > Tracking.
