On : 11.1.10.0.0 version, Technology Management - System Administration

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Running the "Set User General Preferences" task for setting the Time Zone is not updating the field in Preferences UI on Regional screen, even if the LDAP information is correctly updated.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Running the "Set User General Preferences" task for setting the Time Zone should update the Preferences UI on Regional screen the Time Zone information.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Log In to Fusion Applications
2. Navigator > Setup and More
3. Search for the "Set User General Preferences" task
4. Change the timezone
5. Log out
6. Log in
7. Preferences > Regional you will see under TimeZone no value.
