Search for Primary Contact On Appointment Create page Shows too Many Fields (Doc ID 2110063.1)

Search on Primary Contact field on Appointment has a lot of search fields available including Record Set, Name, LastUpdatedBy,Creationdate,CreatedBy,Firstname,LastName,etc.
Customer wants this search to have only the default options: FirstName, LastName, Phone, Email, Account, Owner.
