Symptoms

Fusion HCM R10 Cloud OTBI - when connected as language French - then on the analysis tab, the user sees the message (in French) equiv to "The selected criteria didnt result in any data"

Unexpected behavior

In FUSE > As a Manager, in "my team", the seeded analysis/report "Headcount" does not work when the user is connected in french,

Steps
------------
1. Line Manager connects to FUSE > Manager Resources
2. Navigate to My Team
3. Results - the Headcount analysis is displayed with data
4. Same LM connect and set language to french
5 Click on Mon Equipe (My Team)
6. On the analysis tab, the user sees the message (in French) equiv to "The selected criteria didnt result in any data"
