After Accessing Taleo Learning, User Gets "Oracle Access Manager Error" When Signing Out From Fusion Application

Information in this document applies to any platform.
After the user access Learning site from fusion application home page through Taleo smartorg federation SSO, then if the user come back to click sign out in fusion application page, the user will get Oracle Access Manager error
Steps to reproduce:
1. Login to Fusion. Click on the Learn icon and it takes us to the LMS page.
2. Close LMS page, it brings back to fusion home page.
3. Logout of fusion and click confirm. It gives the Oracle Access Manager error.
