Open Opportunity with Revenue status WON are not saved. (Doc ID 2110852.1)

On : version, Opportunities

User change the Revenue status to Won, and Opportunity Status is Open.
But when they try to save the record they get this error.


One or more revenue lines are not set to a valid status. Select a valid status.
Statuses selected for the revenue lines must be valid with respect to the opportunity status. If you are unable to resolve this error, contact your administrator for assistance.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login into Application
2. Navigator > Sales > Opporunity
3. Update the Revenue status = Won
4. Keep the Opportunity Header Status = Open
5. Save

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot save Opportunity where the status of Revenue is Won
