Bussiness Process Is Not Firing (Doc ID 2111654.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.1.10.0.0 version, Accounts, Contacts, Households

User created a business process which will send an email alert to the user when it is called from an object workflow.
When the user tried to add the business Process from the Workflow the error is displayed:
java.lang.NullPointerException

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a Business Process
2. Create a workflow on the object Account
3. Set the WF condition to: if(CustomerStatus_c == 'LEAD'){return true;}
4. In the WF action section create a new Business Process
5. In the section Business Process Flow Details, in the field Project Name search and select the Business Process created
6. Verify you get the error java.lang.NullPointerException
