# ISSUE DESCRIPTION #
Getting ADF_FACES error on Manage Proposals UI after running search process.
# STEPS TO REPRODUCE #
1. Log in to the IM system, navigate to the Manage Proposals page and search for a proposal.
2. The search yields the proper results. You open the proposal and then close it.
3. Now, when you are back on the Manage Proposals tab, you can type another project into the Search field and four things happen:
a. ADF_FACES error happens - happens consistently.
These happen intermittently -->
b. The search does not yield complete / correct results
c. The screen formatting becomes jumbled, with fields displaying over each other
d. I cannot open the proposal found. Clicking on it does nothing.
