Agent Users Can't Search for Guest Orders by Name or Email Address

Information in this document applies to any platform.
When orders are listed, orders placed on the site by guest users have no name or email listing even though this information can be retrieved by opening the order and looking at the shipping details.
Orders placed by 'guest' accounts do not have name or email attached to the order details when searching for the order in Occs-Agent
