Customer Size Dimension Can Not Load Member (Doc ID 2111863.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Customer Size dimension can not load member
I've added the Customer Size dimension and click the Load and Active button .When the activation completed successfully,there is no member load in the Customer Size dimension .

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Customer Size dimension should load members

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to navigation - territories
2. Go to "Enable dimension and metrics"
3. Select Customer Size - click on Edit
4. Click on delete
5. Now click on add
6. Add Customer size dimension.
7. Save it
8. Run Load and activated
9.Click on view members of customer size
10. Cants see any members under it.
