Symptoms

Not able to generate recommendations

Reproducible Steps

1. Log into Fusion Applications

2. Go to recommendation

3. Open tab Manage rules

4. Open a particular account

5. All data looks correct.

6. Now go to Navigation - Scheduled process

7. Run job : Generate predictor leads

8. All Predictor jobs status goes into error

9. Generate Predictor Leads errors out


Due to this issue, users cannot generate recommendations
