Symptoms

On : 11.1.10.0.0 version, Other Issues

When attempting to run process "Update Subledger Accounting Balances" ,
the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
An internal error has occurred in the program xla_balances_pkg..calculate_balances, Balances are not initialized for the latest open period.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run process "Update Subledger Accounting Balances"
2. Process ends in Error
