Error: "The Requested Page Was Either Not Found or You Do Not Have Access to it" When Attempting Login/Connect to Team Member Configured for SSO

When attempting to connect to Team Member, configured for Single Sign-On, the following error occurs when attempting to login:
The requested page was either not found or you do not have access to it.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Open a browser
- Attempt connection to Team Member
- When configured for SSO, a redirect for SSO authentication will occur
- Once authenticated, a redirect back to the application will occur
- Note the reported issue which occurs.
