Validation is not working on All Phones/All Emails (Doc ID 2112839.1)

Symptoms

When editing a contact and trying to save it, the customer has the following expected error, as some validations were set previously:

* Invalid Contact Email. Please enter valid Email Address.
* Mobile Phone is required.
* Invalid Mobile Phone. Please enter a 10 digit Mobile number not starting with 0

If they are trying, for example, to save the email address as "test@", the error will occur again, as it is not a valid email address.

But when clicking on All E-mails - Add, you can save an email address that it's not valid. Same issue for phone number (All Phones button).
