503 Error While Accessing Opportunities On Mobile Device iPhone or Android (Doc ID 2113070.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Error while accessing opportunities on Mobile
Unable to access Opportunity record on Oracle Sales Cloud Mobile app on iPhone.
When attempting to open an opportunity record, an error message appears,
"Error 503 - Service Unavailable. The server is currently unavailable." (See attached screenshot Mobil_Opty_error.PNG)

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The opportunity record should open and display its details.

RECREATE STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
 1 . Sign in to Oracle Sales Cloud from iphone.
 2. Click on Opportunities icon.
 3. Select an opportunity record from list of opportunities get 503 error message

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot review opportunity records from the mobile device.
