After Cloud update, BICS reports previously working are now displaying errors like

"Odbc driver returned an error (SQLExecDirectW)."

and from Error Details

"Error Codes: OPR4ONWY:U9IM8TAC:OI2DL65P"

A Cloud Update left some changes incomplete, resulting in an ODBC error that database cannot be reached.
