Global HR - Error Message When Trying to Change Employee Manager

When attempting to change manager to employees the following error occurs.

"You must enter a valid value for the Manager ID field."

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Person Management
2.Search Person
3. Manage Employment
