Upload Corporate Card Transactions Failing With Error: 401 Unauthorized (Doc ID 2114009.1)

Symptoms version, Manage Expenses-Manage Credit Card Data

When attempting to upload Visa/Master Card transactions, the following error occurs.

An error occurred while communicating with the card issuer's server. The transaction upload process has been terminated. Cause: The card issuer's server did not understand the request to download a file. The server returned the status 401 and the message Unauthorized. Action: Contact the system administrator to verify that the setup for the corporate card program is correct and run the process again.
