CRM For Outlook Plug Is Deactivating Every Time Outlook Is Closed (Doc ID 2114151.1)

On : version, Microsoft Outlook

Plugin does not load at startup of Outlook

Plugin should start when Outlook is started.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open Outlook
2. Notice the Plugin does not load
3. In Outlook - Choose "File" - "Options" - "Add-in" - you can see that the Plugin is disabled.
4. Check the Oracle Sales Cloud Plugin to enable it and see the icon appear
