OTBI: Can't Report On Leave Duration Between Two Different Year/Months (Doc ID 2114265.1)

Information in this document applies to any platform.


If an absence is recorded between 2 Continuous dates, and you want to report on the number of Absence days in a specific time period using the ‘Month’ or ‘Calendar Year’ columns, it is grouping all of the Absence days with the Start Date.

e.g. someone has recorded absence between 31/12 and 28/01 with leave duration 21 days.

Reporting should be:

 - 1 Day absence in 2015


 - 20 days absence in 2016


However at this point the report will return 21 days leave in 2015.
