How to Enable Responsive Profiler as the Default Profiler Version When Launching via Contact Record

Profiler is one of Eloqua's Sales Tools. It presents valuable information about contacts in an easily accessible and data-rich format that can be viewed on desktop computers, tablets, and mobile devices. With Profiler you are able to view the contact details for a potential client, their activities, their lead score value, and so on. It is designed specifically for use with iOS and Android devices, giving marketers the option to access Eloqua's Profiler functionality from their mobile devices when they are on-the-go.
Currently, when users attempt to access Profiler via a contact record in Eloqua, the display shows the older version of Profiler called Profiler Stream. This document will explain the process to have the new, mobile responsive-friendly version of Profiler display when users acces the Sales Tool via a contact record.
