Fixed Asset Report Ends with "dummy file is deleted" Error and No Report Generated (Doc ID 2114537.1)

Symptoms

Fixed Asset Reports end with Error and no Report generated

Error log contains message below:

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Schedule Processes and click Schedule New Process
2. Search for Asset Cost Detail Report (or any other Asset Report) and click OK
3. Select Asset Book, Currency and from/to Period of current period and click Submit.
