Error when clicking "Save & Continue" on a Custom Object

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Login to Sales Cloud application
2) Go to the Custom Object
3) Click Create
4) Fill in Fields
5) Click Save & Continue
6) Error Thrown

Still creates the record, and can go into the edit page as well.
