Error when clicking "Save & Continue" on a Custom Object

Error on screen:
An application error occurred. See the incident log for more information.
An application error has occurred. Your help desk can use the following information to obtain a more detailed description of this incident: 35, Server Domain: CRMDomain, Server Instance: CRMCommonServer_1, Application Name: CrmCommonApp.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Login to Sales Cloud application
2) Go to the Custom Object
3) Click Create
4) Fill in Fields
5) Click Save & Continue
6) Error Thrown

Still creates the record, and can go into the edit page as well.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users are disrupted in the workflow.
