Cannot Republish or Create a CSA - CRMAnalytics_HA Server Issue

On : version, Opportunities > Reports

All reports based on custom subject areas stopped working. They were working fine last week. 


Specified criteria did not result in any data

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Go to BI Answer > Summary Report
2. It shows no Results.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot see report based on CSA
