Symptoms

On : 11.1.10.0.0 version, Hosting Services - Server Issue

When attempting to navigate to the Incentive Compensation areaIncentive Compensation area,
the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
The browser is not showing the respective area and is showing the message:
"The Oracle Cloud Environment is currently unavailable.Our team is actively working to resolve this unplanned downtime
and to restore your service(s) as quickly as possible."


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Access OSC environment - click Navigator
2 Navigate to Participant Assignments / Participant Snapshot
