Environment Unavailable For Participant Assignments And Participant Snapshot

On : 184.108.40.206.0 version, Hosting Services - Server Issue
When attempting to navigate to the Incentive Compensation areaIncentive Compensation area,
the following error occurs.
The browser is not showing the respective area and is showing the message:
"The Oracle Cloud Environment is currently unavailable.Our team is actively working to resolve this unplanned downtime
and to restore your service(s) as quickly as possible."
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Access OSC environment - click Navigator
2 Navigate to Participant Assignments / Participant Snapshot
