Why "My Business Contacts" is displaying a contact for an account which I don't own?

Customer is selecting "My Business Contacts" which, according to Oracle documentation, is displaying all contacts belonging to all the accounts you own.
However, he has a contact displayed on which he is not the owner (of the contact or of the account). Why is this happening?
