Symptoms
On : 11.1.10.0.0 version, Set Up FCR-Define Ledgers
When attempting to import financial common entities,
the following error occurs.
ERROR
-----------------------
Error: Exception: file:/tmp/RapidImpl/15996/XLE_LEGAL_LOCATIONS.xml: XML-20100: (Fatal Error) Expected ';'.
Error: Cannot validate (or) invalid XML file (XLE_LEGAL_LOCATIONS.xml) generated.
Unable to generate zip file for legal locations import.Legal entities import failed.oracle.as.scheduler.ExecutionErrorException: oracle.as.scheduler.ExecutionErrorException: Source file(s) are invalid.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Generate the zip file from Rapid implementation sheet
2. Upload chart of accounts zip file
3. Upload Financial common entities file.
