ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Tax is not getting calculated for customers who are based out of home country
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Application should calculate tax for customers that are based in a different country
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create invoice for a customer who is based outside of the home country
2. Save the transaction and observed the tax is not calculated
