Responsys - SRM Custom Audience Integration Error "Failed" and source as "Unknown"

Custom Audience status is shown as "Failed" and source as "Unknown" whenever user tries sending custom audience to SRM from Responsys.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Workflow & Automation> Accounts>Custom audience
2. Click on any of Custom audience from the list
3. Click on history tab to see status of Custom Audience.
