Set Session Timeout for Sales Cloud in Relation to CPQ (Doc ID 2116336.1)

Symptoms

Customer has oracle sales cloud <> CPQ setup

Fusion is the IDP and CPQ is the SP .

 , CPQ timeout session is set to 60 minutes and Sales Cloud is 30 minutes.

We already have a SAML logout in place that takes the user back to CRM homepage.

When the user is in Oracle Sales Cloud, and accesses the CPQ pages(iframe) and leaves it open
and Oracle Sales Cloud times out

The issue we are facing here is the user is still active in CPQ, but he is inactive in Oracle Sales Cloud,
 so Oracle Sales Cloud logs out and the SSO link is lost.
 
So the user in CPQ goes to the CPQ home page.

What can be done to ensure that on timeouts, there are always redirected to the Oracle Sales Cloud login page ?
