Symptoms

When attempting to run an action on a quote, e.g. Return to Opportunity
the following error occurs.

Could not perform Action: [ACTION NAME]
During commerce integration Process ID: XXXXXXX, Name: [INTEGRATION NAME]
Validation of this XSL has failed.

Changes

 Environment was recently upgraded to 2015 R2 or later version.
