Users want to send Documents to the Supplier in cXML format. How do administrators get cXML documents to setup and send to the supplier.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Administrators completed the OSN setup as described in Oracle Fusion Purchasing: B2B Communication e-Commerce Setup (Doc ID 1995064.1) and Setting up supplier sites for Outbound B2B communication (Doc ID 1627921.1) and How to Generate Electronic PO (cXML) For Punchout Supplier? (Doc ID 1983059.1)
2. In the B2B console, the state of the transmitted document is shown as MSG_COMPLETE. However when the user logs in to OSN there are no documents created in OSN.
