Fusion Applications - OTBI - "Workforce Profiles - Person Profile Real Time" Does Not Reflect Changes (Delete Record) In Fusion Applications UI (Manage Talent Profile) And Show Stale Data In Report (Doc ID 2116658.1)

Delete Profile Detail for the "Profile Content Type" (Screen-shot below)


Check the data in "Workforce Profiles - Person Profile Real Time" Subject Area (Screen-shot below):


The data in the Report shows the deleted record as well and does not reflect the changes from Fusion Applications UI

This is an expected behavior, as the data is not deleted, but end dated.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Delete the record from "Manage Talent Profile" > "Profile Details" > Delete a record
2. Check the report. Below are the fields from Logical SQL of OTBI


The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users can see the deleted record in the report output
