Symptoms

In Unifier uStage environment, version 10.0.0.0 through 15.2.4.0

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
----------------------
After modifying the design of a Business Process not Published to production, but Deployed to uStage, a generic system error is thrown trying to create a new record and send forward in the workflow.

The system could not process your request. Logging in again may help in some cases. Contact your System Administrator if you are still having problems.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
----------------------
Create new record and click on Send button.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The BP should able to be processed without any error.

The issue has the following business impact:
