Error 'Unable to Connect to the BI Presentation Server' Affects All the Infolets on Dashboard

On : 11.1.10.0.0 version, Analytics

When attempting to view details in infolets the following error message

ERROR
-----------------------
"Unable to connect to the BI Presentation Server. Please ensure that that it is running, configured properly and the connection details within the application are correct. Please check the log files for more details."


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Application
2. Navigate to home page >> Sales
3. Observe the infolets that appear in the homepage view

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, none of the users are able to view infolets for 10-15 minutes until BI Server restarts.
