Error When Sorting Worksheet After Entering Proposed Job, Before Saving

When manager enters Proposed Job and does not save the worksheet and than he sorts worksheet by any other worksheet column, the following is happening:

Two outcomes:
1st- Data in Proposed Job column and all subsequent Promotion columns (New Job Code, New Grade, New Compa-ratio, etc.) disappears.
If manager saves worksheet at that point, exits worksheet and re-enters, the Proposed Job data re-appears. So the worksheet looks as if the Proposed job was cleared, but it wasn't.
2nd - After testing this once, manager then started to receive an ADF_FACES error after sorting the worksheet. Now, manager receives this error every time they enter a Proposed Job and sorts the worksheet without saving first.

Expected behavior - Manager should be prompted to save before sorting the worksheet or can sort the worksheet and Proposed Job column data does not disappear.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Navigator > Compensation > Act as Proxy > Choose Manager > Choose Plan
2. Enter Proposed Job in worksheet > Do not save > Sort worksheet on another column > Error
