Uncheck Request User Account Field In External Supplier Registration

During External Supplier Registration under Contacts page there is a field named 'Request User Account' which is visible in the Summary page as well as the Edit Page.
Requirement is this field to be Unchecked By default at both pages.
If this flag is checked and no roles assigned to the supplier contact user, then an error is encountered:
Per the requirement, Supplier Contact person is not supposed to have any supplier user roles, just submit for supplier registration.
Keeping this flag checked will result in creating unnecessary user accounts.
