Country Error Message When Creating Contact In Outlook Plug-in

On : version, Microsoft Outlook

When attempting to create a Contact in Outlook, the following error occurs.

Validation Failed
Country required to create location

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. User opens Outlook
2. User attempts to create a shared Contact
3. User populates the Country/Region area of the Check Address dialog.
4. User still receives the validation error when creating the Contact
