Symptoms

On : 11.1.10.0.0 version, Microsoft Outlook

When opening outlook a user gets a message that says: "Oracle Sales Cloud has encountered an error. Please contact your system administrator."

Oracle Sales Cloud has encountered an error. Please contact your system administrator.

and message:

Do you want to remove the remaining data and recreate the data structure? You will need to perform full synchronization to download new data from the server.
